We think that you should double down on the day and go check out Ancora’s new location in Ambleside because it is absolutely amazing. In case you aren’t convinced, let’s take a look at what the gorgeous Ancora Ambleside has to offer (beyond the stunning waterfront views).

Ancora Ambleside uses a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisines to create their menu, resulting in some of the most interesting dishes in the city. The approach works perfectly in the Pacific Northwest, as we’ve got a wide variety of seafood available year round.

You can try out their incredible sea urchin taglierini to start things off.

Then treat yourself to the best scallops you’ve ever had for your main course.

Don’t forget to try out one of their cocktails. Personally, we opt for the classic Peruvian pisco sour, but no pressure.
