We have to acknowledge that putting a coffee shop inside an art gallery is cheating. Why? Well, one look inside the new Nemesis Dope Bakehouse at The Polygon is all you need to know that delicious coffee, a great bakery, and an incredible space is impossible to beat.

We’ve been fans on Nemesis for quite some time. We even went so far as to reach out and chat with the owner, Jesse, when we first heard about their plans. So, we’re happy to see the first part of it come to fruition!

What is the first part, you ask? Good question. The new Nemesis at The Polygon is called the Dope Bakehouse. So, you can probably guess that it includes an expanded ability to create pastries and other baked goods. Nemesis was already killing the brunch game, so we can’t wait to see what this spot brings to the table. Heh, food puns.

As the final stage, that’s still off in the future. Because what’s cooler than a coffee shop inside an art gallery? That’s right, a coffee shop and roastery inside a completely unique building.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM and Saturday/Sunday, 9AM-5PM
