For all you gearheads out there, there is a new service coming to Vancouver that gives you the chance to drive some of your favourite cars. Whether you love classic, muscle, convertible or luxury cars, Turo has everything you need for speed.

The app, marketed as Airbnb for cars, allows you to rent cars at daily rates. While this is useful for vacationers, the real fun of it is renting expensive cars like a 2020 Tesla Model 3 or a 2017 Dodge Challenger.

If you, like us, have a list of cars that you want to get behind the wheel of, Turo might be your jam. While it is still awaiting launch in Vancouver, in a few weeks you’ll be able to rent cool cars like the Delorean DMC-12 that’s available in Toronto for $2,500 a day or a 2018 Jaguar F-Type.

Given some of the beautiful cars we’ve seen in town, we look forward to seeing some of the cool wheels that will be listed once Turo launches in Vancouver.

And if you’re someone who has an in-demand, luxury set of wheels, listing your car on Turo might be a great way to make a few extra bucks. If you’re not driving it, why not make some money with it?
