If you’ve ever thought about adopting a cat, now is the time, animal lovers! In a statement posted today, The Alberta Rescue Foundation announced that they have reached their capacity and are unable to accept any more rescues until their available kittens were adopted.

With over 300 felines, ARF is desperately seeking those who are responsible and willing to open their hearts and their homes to a four-legged friend so they can continue their work taking in lost and surrendered animals from all over the province.

“Each year, ARF works to rescue countless stray and abandoned dogs and cats from rural Alberta communities with limited resources in order to give them a second chance.” they write on their website.

From hunger, disease, abuse, and freezing temperatures to encounters with predators and vehicles, each animal is brought to them seeking a forever home and deserves a loving family where they’ll be appreciated and taken care of.

If this sounds like something you’d like to be a part of you can visit the ARF website here and fill out an application to adopt.

In order to do so, you must be 18 years or older, have a valid ID with your current address, and be able to prove that any pets that you already have been spayed or neutered, are vaccinated, and live indoors.

There’s no better time than right now, friends! – Also, just look at those faces. They’re all so freaking precious!
