It’s that time again, voters! The 31st annual Alberta Election is here and they’re set to take place this May but you’ll need to take note of a few things before you cast your ballot.
“We are excited to welcome Albertans back to the polls this month,” said Chief Electoral Officer, Glen Resler.
“Returning Officers have been appointed, and we are in the process of recruiting and training nearly 20,000 Election Officers to conduct voting in the 87 electoral divisions across the province.”
Scheduled to take place on Monday the 29th, Canadian citizens age 18 or older will be eligible to vote as long as they currently reside within the province – but there’s a bit more to it.
