So, we recently came across a very interesting fact about elk antlers. The blood and nutrient-rich substance they are made of, aka the elk velvet antler (EVA), has a ton of benefits for us and our pets. These high-in-nutrient antlers have been making their way into Traditional Chinese Medicine for decades. One Alberta company is producing premium EVA products to help us and our furry friends stay active. The company in question: QEVA!
QEVA is part of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts family of companies and is located on the Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch in the rolling foothills of Alberta. You might recognize the ranch for its high quality game meat, available at the CRMR lodges, restaurants as well as Calgary-based Urban Butcher. QEVA was originally purchased by the company in 2003 with the goal to bring EVA to the Canadian market and promote the ranch’s commitment to sustainable practices and zero-waste policy.
QEVA products— capsules, powder and bites— are made with 100% natural ingredients. Their rich quality is courtesy of the fact these products are made exclusively from free-roaming animals on the ranch’s 2,500-acre property. The Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch’s animals are raised in a natural pasture without hormones or animal by-products.
For anyone wondering why we’re raving about elk velvet antler, here is a list the benefits QEVA can provide for you and your pets —
Like we said, EVA is a traditionally-used all-natural substance that holds benefits for everybody— you and your pets (dogs, cats and horses alike).
QEVA products come in different doses and compositions depending on who is using it. Here’s a link to their website where you can check out the complete list of their all-natural products. QEVA also has a range of delicious single source protein treats for your furry pals, we promise they’ll love them!
Only the best for you, folks!
