Named the ‘most epic camping destination’ in the country in 2022 by Scouts Canada, Jasper, Alberta is a favourite amongst outdoors folk and tourists alike – but this should come as no surprise!

Known for its glacier-fed lakes, forests and rivers, this Alpine town offers hiking and biking as well as boating, swimming, canoeing and rafting – but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Not only is Jasper one of the most beautiful, action-packed places in the entire country, but it’s also renowned by stargazers all over the world.

According to the government of Canada, Jasper is the largest national park in the majestic Canadian Rockies AND the second-largest dark sky preserve on the globe.
