Ready, set, GOLD! It’s nearly that time again, Canada. The Beijing winter games are only days away and this year, there will be no shortage of Prairie-born athletes worth cheering to victory. Whether you’re just a casual viewer or plan on catching as many events in real-time as possible, we’ve put together a list of the 34 Albertans competing in the 2022 Olympics, all of which you should definitely keep your eye on.

From Calgary’s Brooke D’Hondt, who at 16 year’s old is the youngest Canadian to compete in this year’s winter games to Christian and Scott Gow, who make up one of 5 sets of siblings to take on the world together – this year’s event will be major for Alberta sports fans.
