This airline is launching new flights from Seattle to Canada’s largest city

There will soon be a new direct flight to take you to Canada’s largest city! Alaska Airlines is launching the new service this spring, and here’s what to know!

Alaska Airlines just announced its new route, nonstop daily flights between Seattle and Toronto.

The flights start on May 16, 2024, with convenient departure and arrival times. This addition will mark a brand new destination for Alaska Airlines.

“We’re always focused on better connecting the Pacific Northwest with additional nonstops in our network,” said Kirsten Amrine, vice president of revenue management and network planning for Alaska Airlines. “There’s a strong desire by our guests for a Seattle-Toronto flight that connects a pair of exciting cities not only for leisure travel but also links key business centers between the U.S. and Canada.”

The nonstop service will be departing from Seattle daily at 7 am, and from Toronto to Seattle at 3:40 pm.

Toronto will be the sixth Canadian city the airline flies to to, in addition to Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria.

At this time, flights to Toronto in May are listed at $199, one-way.
