We’re starting off with one of the cheapest rentals we’ve seen in the city in a while (a long while…) – and while it might not offer a ton of legroom inside the studio space (400 square feet), it does come with a shared yard and front patio space for entertaining. Plus, it’s steps away from South Main and a ton of parks nearby. The pet-friendly studio unit is on the basement floor, and all utilities (electric, heat, gas, water, internet) are included.

Next up is a frequent contender for one of the cheapest rentals in the city. Now, this apartment might not come with anything fancy or out of the box, but it’s a solid highrise in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Vancouver.
