A weekend-long Oktoberfest is coming to downtown Toronto this month

Get ready to bust out your finest lederhosen! An Oktoberfest celebration is happening right in the heart of downtown at Fall n’ Leaves, Toronto’s fall-themed pop-up patio, and it’ll be a whole weekend of Bavarian festivities.

Fall n’ Leaves told Curiocity what you can expect at the event, which will run from October 22nd to the 24th. Get ready to dance the night away to live music and DJs for an Oktoberfest with a “techno twist.”

In addition to the mouthwatering eats from the wood-fired oven and BBQ grill, you’ll get to try special creations like Bratwurst poutine. You can wash it all down with a beer flight or a can of the special Oktoberfest lager by Kingston’s Spearhead Brewing Company.

Bavarian-themed costumes are encouraged, according to Fall n’ Leaves, but don’t worry, you won’t be turned away if you don’t have one. Just show up and get ready to have a good time.

Tickets to Oktoberfest are now on sale on the pop-up patio’s website, and apparently, they’re selling out fast. You can reserve your table in advance in groups of 4 and 6 only and your ticket comes with one drink token per person. There are tickets available at the door too, but you may have to wait in line to get one.

October is always such an exciting month in Toronto with no shortage of fall-themed and spooky activities. A new Halloween-themed pop-up bar is opening up in the city with creepy cocktails and mysterious dark rooms, and that’s just one of many haunting attractions to check out this month.

If you’d rather celebrate the season with German pretzels and pints of beer, this event is not one to be missed.
