With comfort food season in full swing, the thought of penne is never far from our minds. For those like us, forever thinking about sauce-covered goodness, consider yourselves seen, heard and taken care of because this month Pasta La Feasta returns, celebrating the very best in Calgary’s growing carb scene.
Showcasing 19 different restaurants city-wide, Pasta La Feasta will run through the entirety of October – this year, with a fun little twist!
You see, this time around each eaterie has actually been tasked with making an original dish named after an iconic song or record – cool, right? Well, it gets better!

For each dish sold $3 will be donated directly to the Alex Community Food Centre, an organization dedicated to providing those who need it with healthy, high-quality foods.
In addition to this, those who participate can actually win a few prizes along the way simply for posting a picture of their food, something you would have probably done anyway.
