Oh. My. Gawd. Prepare yourselves, Friends fans, because The One in Toronto has officially arrived. The Friends experience opens in Toronto at Yorkdale Shopping Centre this Thursday, July 14, and Curiocity got to sneak in ahead of time to give you a preview of what to expect.

Whether you’re a casual viewer or a mega-fan, this experience will make you fall in love with this iconic show and its characters all over again.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be transported into the show’s most memorable moments, starting with hilarious quotes plastered on the walls.

The 12-room exhibit begins with a room that looks just like the opening theme song, orange couch and all. As you pose for the camera, the intro plays on a screen so you can recreate it with your pals.

The next few rooms are dedicated to the early days of the show and incredible memorabilia, including the very first script, the evolution of Rachel’s famous hairstyles, costumes, the full version of Rachel’s 18-page letter, and more.

After that, you’ll be taken through a series of rooms that are dedicated to each character along with set recreations where you can wander around, interact, and snap photos to your heart’s content.

Don’t worry, staff will be on-site to get the perfect shot of you and your group!

Some of the immersive sets you’ll get to see include the famous “Pivot!” couch, Joey’s “Could I be wearing any more clothes?” moment, the girls’ kitchen, the hallway, the guys’ apartment, and of course, Central Perk.

Finally, you’ll exit through the merch shop which is open to everyone, not just ticket-holders.

You’ll be able to pick up all kinds of exclusive items including Friends experience branded totes, mugs, crewnecks, caps, and even a recipe book based on what the characters ate on the show.

The experience is put on by Superfly X in collaboration with Warner Bros, who made sure that every part of the experience was as accurate to each season and character as could be.

Stacy Moscatelli, Co-President and Chief Strategy Officer of Superfly X, told Curiocity that Toronto has a “strong” Friends fanbase, so making it the first international destination was an “easy choice.”

Because the reception has already been so strong, Moscatelli says Toronto can expect more Superfly X experiences to come our way soon. We’re crossing our fingers for The Office experience!

In the meantime, we have until early January to experience Friends in all of its glory.
