It’s that time of year again! The festive season officially begins this week at Starbucks in Canada and they’re filling our cups with holiday cheer. There’s a new beverage to love on the holiday menu this year, along with four new cup designs.

The Sugar Cookie Oat Latte will make its debut this Thursday, November 4th with the launch of Starbucks’ festive menu. The non-dairy latte combines blonde espresso, sugar cookie syrup, and oat beverage. It’s topped with red and green sprinkles, giving you the taste of a freshly-baked treat with every sip. Plus, you can get it hot or iced.

The new red holiday cups come in a variety of patterns — wrapping paper, ribbon, lights, and candy cane. All the symbols of holiday traditions we adore.

Starbucks is also bringing back the beloved festive drinks of years past, including the Caramel Brûlé Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Irish Cream Cold Brew, and Irish Cream Americano.

As for treats, holiday season favourites like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, Gingerbread Loaf, and Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop are making a comeback.

Starbucks may be known for getting into the Christmas spirit extra early, but they’re not the only ones. According to a recent survey, many Canadians are actually starting their gift shopping in the first week of November this year. Plus, according to Business Insider, people who put their Christmas decorations up early are scientifically proven to feel happier.

Maybe we should stop denying ourselves the happiness we deserve and start living off Peppermint Mochas and Snowman Cookies right up to Christmas Eve. We’re feeling a little jollier already!
