As if the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel couldn’t get any better, the group behind the castle in the Rockies just announced an insane new experience. No matter the time of year, indulge outdoors in their brand new 360° Dome dining room; an unbeatable private venue with unreal food and a spectacular view.
Located on their Upper Garden Terrace, the dome will feature a gourmet brunch, afternoon charcuterie and an extravagant 5-course menu.

Between 10 am and 3 pm make your own mimosas and enjoy early bird favourites like eggs benedict, pancakes and parfaits. Then, from 3 pm until 7 pm, enjoy a selection of cheeses and a charcuterie board paired with a variety of Canadian Wines.
Lastly, check out their dinner service which begins at 7 pm. For $200 per person, feast on your choice of amuse-bouche, beet tartlet, scallop “Rumaki,” beef carpaccio, short rib and a selection of desserts. Uhm, wow.
Now, before you go ahead and make a reservation there are a few things that should be noted.
First, a credit card must be provided at the time of booking, and cancellations cannot be done within 48 hours of the reservation. Second, those dining at brunch or in the afternoon can only able to stay for a maximum of 2 hours. Lastly, COVID restrictions will be in effect – meaning no more than 6 at a table and that makes must be worn while walking in and out of the dome. Pretty standard, if you ask us!
