Are you ready to rock, Toronto?! Legendary heavy metal band Metallica is hitting the road again for a world tour, making the announcement on September 19th. The tour will hit 14 North American cities with Toronto as the only stop in Canada.

Tickets go on sale soon and you won’t want to miss out on securing your spot!

The band announced the world tour writing to their social media followers, “#M72 EXTENDS INTO 2025. 14 North American Cities. 18 Shows In The Round. 2 Festival Stops. 1 Unforgettable Tour.”

The two Toronto shows are scheduled for April 24th and 26th, 2025.

If you’ve been waiting to see classic hits like “Until It Sleeps” in person then get ready to purchase your tickets this week.

Both shows will be at Rogers Centre in the city.

The band also announced there will be some special features at each stadium during the tour.

“Each stadium show on M72 2025 offers a variety of Enhanced Experiences,” the band shared on social media.

The experiences include:

  • Access to a Meet & Greet
  •  Production & Stage Tour
  • Food & Beverage in the Black Box Lounge
  • Early Entry into the Venue
  • Snake Pit Tickets
  • Disappear Ticket

Tickets go on sale Friday, September 27th on Ticketmaster but you can get ahead of the virtual lines via the Fan Club Presales which begin on Monday, September 23rd at 10:00 AM local time, also on Ticketmaster.
