Spinasse

This spot serves up delicious and high-quality pasta without a super pretentious air. You’ll enjoy the food and the atmosphere and we can almost guarantee you’ll be back time and time again after trying dishes like the tajarin with butter and sage. Talk about tasty!

The Pink Door

This restaurant is a Seattle classic loved by both locals and tourists alike, so you really can’t go wrong here. If you just so happen to be really picky about your pasta, The Pink Door has tons of options for you to choose from, including gluten-free options. Do the sensible thing and try them all.

Willmott’s Ghost

This is undeniably one of the most unique dining experiences in Seattle, as it’s located inside the Amazon Spheres. It also just so happens to be part of the Sea Creatures group which is locally owned and operated by James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef Renee Erickson and partners. So not only is the restaurant beautiful, but the food is amazing. It might just become your go-to pasta spot!

Carrello

This Capitol Hill spot is all about bringing seasonal and artisanal traditions of Italian dining to guests. The menu here is small but it’s all about quality over quantity so you’ll only be getting the best of the best. You can also enjoy a drink menu with libations like wine, beer, and cocktails.

Firstly, San Fermo is beautiful. It has an old-world, intimate feel due to it being in a legit old house! It has a white wall, clean, and minimal aesthetic that fits perfectly in everyone’s Instagram feed. In fact, we’re sure you’ve seen people post pics from San Fermo before. Besides the restaurant’s aesthetics, they make great food. Just look at those parm piles!

Ristorante Picolinos

Picolinos is the perfect spot to enjoy authentic regional Italian cuisine in a comfy and casual atmosphere. It’s also worth mentioning that this spot also operates as an espresso counter during the day if you need a coffee or three.

Pasta Casalinga

If you’re looking for a high-quality, more affordable option, Pasta Casalinga should be your first choice. It’s located in the heart of the Pike Place Market and serves up authentic Italian pasta with a Pacific Northwest influence. Definitely stop by!

The name of this spot fits it perfectly and we mean that in the most loving way. Bizzaro is definitely one of the most unique spots on this list thanks to menu items like elk bolognese. And we have to say the quirky interior definitely adds to the experience. It’s well worth checking out if you’ve never been before.
