Lauched in 2014, Winter Stations incites the international design and art community to reimagine the lifeguard stations along Toronto’s east end beaches for the winter. The competition has seen entries from over 90 countries, bringing the world of design to the water’s edge. Founded as a collaboration between local firms RAW Design, Ferris + Associates, and Curio, Winter Stations is heading into its seventh year, and it continues to capture the imagination of the city.

Due to COVID-19, Winter Stations has been reimagined as Spring Stations, with artworks features from the winter display at two popular Toronto locations: The Distillery District and 33 Parliament Street. The event is scheduled in accordance to provincial COVID-19 guidelines and is subject to change.

At The Distillery District, you’ll find works titled: ARc de Blob, From Small Beginnings, and The Epitonium. Att 33 Parliament, you’ll find works titled: THROBBER.

A Summer Stations event in The Beach Village BIA will be announced soon.
