You probably didn’t need an official survey to tell you that Vancouver has some of the best bars in the country, but in case you did, they made one. Canada’s 100 Best has put some of Vancouver’s swankiest bars on their list of the 50 best bars in Canada.

You’ve seen us talk up The Keefer Bar in the past, but did you know that they are ranked the second best bar in the country? Botanist also made the top 10 at #6, with a special mention for their cocktail Candy Cap Magic. So, if you needed an excuse to have a drink (but who does these days?) now’s a great time to check these places out.

But that’s just the top two! Fortunately, Vancouver has no shortage of great bars to enjoy around the city. Frankly, we think more names should be on there. The other bars that were featured on the list, and their rank, include:

So, if you’re hoping to go out and grab a drink soon, why not do it at some of the country’s best bars rather than your local dive?

Given that Phase-3 in BC is going to be starting up soon, it might start to look more like Phase-3 drinks for us.
