The holidays are here folks and Christmas is right around the corner! Don’t get left out in the cold (aka the kitchen) this year, and enjoy an amazing Christmas dinner to-go from some of the best spots in Vancouver. From full-on meals to that one dish you always have trouble with, they’ve got you covered.

Here are 8 places to find a delicious Christmas dinner to-go in Vancouver.

Boulevard

One of the city’s most well-respected restaurants is an easy guarantee for a delicious Christmas dinner. Cornbread and squash soup to start, a classic turkey dinner, and Buche de Noel (Yule Log) for dessert. Yup, that’s pretty much the perfect way to do it.

When: December 23rd to 25th
Where: 845 Burrard Street
Cost: $245+

Railtown Catering

Railtown has been making holiday dinners easier for years now, and they’ve got good reason to do so. From the pre-sliced, perfectly turkey to the cornucopia of sides and an ever-so-sweet pecan pie for dessert, Railtown is a great choice for anyone hosting a few extra people this year.

When: December 23rd to 26th
Where: 397 Railway Street
Cost: $279+

We like that Forage has not one, but two options for Christmas dinner in Vancouver this year. Hoping to have a quiet night in? Their ‘Holiday Dinner’ is priced per person and is a nice three-course option. Got a few more joining? The classic turkey dinner with all the trimmings is also available.

When: December 22nd to 25th
Where: 1300 Robson Street
Cost: $61+ per person

Juke Fried Chicken

Like Railtown, the Turducken feast from Juke has become a holiday classic in the city. You’ll get brussels sprouts, scalloped potatoes and more. But of course, the main attraction is their roulade using, you guessed it, turkey, duck and chicken.

When: December 22nd and 23rd
Where: 182 Keefer Street
Cost: $199

Legends Haul

Our final classic pick comes from none other than the local food delivery company Legends Haul. Not only can you get an entire heat and serve meals, but you can pick and choose from a ton of sides to order by themselves. You know, just in case it’s the scalloped potatoes, and not the turkey, that is your cooking nightmare.

When: Available until December 24th
Where: Throughout Vancouver
Cost: $10.49+

MILA

You didn’t think we’d forget a vegan option, did you? Have no fear, because MILA is here! This delicious plant-based restaurant is bringing back its savoury root vegetable wellington for the holidays. Grab it on its own, or opt for a combo with some desserts, mashed potatoes, and most importantly, gravy.

When: December 23rd
Where: 185 Keefer Street
Cost: $45+

Le Tigre

Speaking of non-turkey options, one of the best sounding (to us) options this year comes from Le Tigre. They’re doing either Korean Fried Chicken or Pork Ssam dinners for 2 for the holidays, alongside your choice of a variety of sides like japchae, calamari and potatoes. Can’t decide? Get the whole feast instead!

When: December 21st to 25th
Where: 958 Main Street
Cost: $110+

Paella Guys

Last but not least, we’ve got something from the Paella Guys! In addition to a wide range of paella options, they’ve also put together a Christmas box filled to the brim with Spanish goodies like Jamon Iberico, conservas, and manchego cheese.

When: Available until December 24th
Where: 3191 Thunderbird Crescent #106, Burnaby
Cost: $99+

Those are our top picks for getting a Christmas dinner to-go in Vancouver this year! Whatever you might need a helping hand with, these spots have got you covered. Keep them in mind as the big day approaches!
