Off the Rez
This has to be one of the most unique food trucks, and our city is fortunate to have it. It’s Seattle’s first Native food truck and serves up items like frybread, tacos, burgers, and more. But of course, they have a twist and take influences from both owners Native background and upbringing.
If you like Vietnamese food then chances are you know about Curbside. This food truck is a city-wide favorite for grabbing Vietnamese eats like banh mi, vermicelli bowls, pho, and more. Plus it has a permanent location so you don’t have to worry about hunting it down each week.
As the name suggests, this food truck is all about cheese. But specifically grilled cheese sandwiches. So you can score a delicious classic sandwich inspired by some of film’s greatest wizards. Of course, you can also grab some tasty sides like soup, bacon, and salads.
This is another spot that has been around for quite a while and they actually have multiple food truck locations. They have a wide menu with items like tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and much much more. So if you happen to be in North Seattle be sure to give them a try because most of their trucks are situated in that part of the city.
Here’s a great spot to grab an incredibly unique dessert item. BeanFish serves up Taiyaki and they were the first to do it in a food truck in the USA. So you know they know what they’re doing. And we can confirm it’s just as tasty as you think.

Sam Choy’s Poke To The Max
If you want some seriously tasty poke, look no further than Sam Choy’s Poke To The Max. This place knows how to make a mean bowl of poke that will have you coming back for more. They go so far as to call themselves the “Godfathers” of poke, so you know they’ve gotta have offerings that you can’t refuse.
Where Ya At Matt
This food truck has been around for over 10 years so you know they know a thing or two about serving up fantastic food. You can score authentic Cajun and Creole dishes like jambalaya, po’boys, gumbo, and more. Plus this is the only way you can get your hands on Matt Lewis’s sought-after eats.
Thai food always hits the spot, and Kaosamai has been cooking up delicious eats since 2001. So between their restaurant and food truck, you’ll have plenty of delicious dishes to try. Plus they also have vegetarian and vegan options available!
As you might have guessed by the name, this pot serves up Korean bowls. You get to choose protein and however many toppings you’d like. But if that’s not your thing you can also score Korean fried chicken, Korean-inspired fries, and more!
Of course, you can also never go wrong with a super tasty gyro and Theo’s serves up just that. You can snag their gyros with their signature halal lamb or switch it up with halal beef. Whatever you’re feeling, they’ve got it.
