TERRE BLEU

This picturesque place is most famous for its iconic yellow door. The entire destination is dripping with Insta-worthy nuggets. Terre Bleu is basically the gold standard when it comes to lavender fields. It’s also Ontario’s largest.

STEED & CO.

This next lavender field sits on a 45-acre horse farm in the historic town of Elgin County. The spot combines the owners’ love of horses and lavender to present a beautiful outdoor escape you’ve just got to visit. They boast ecologically sensitive methods of lavender growth, so you’ll be helping the planet by supporting them too.

STONEWELL FARM

This heritage stone farmhouse and lavender field make for the dreamiest of city getaways. When you visit here, you can frolic through 2,500 lavender plants. Or check out the 8 on-site bee hives. The whole place is a natural oasis.

BONNIEHEATH ESTATE

This next pick isn’t just a lavender field. It’s also a winery. You know what the means, right? Sip on vino samples while you explore the grounds! The spot boasts wine made from nine grape varieties on their ten acre vineyard. A visit here is the perfect serene escape.

WIER’S LANE LAVENDER & APIARY

Enjoy small batch goodies from the on-site store when you stop by this lavender field and apiary. If you’re like us and didn’t know what “apiary” meant upon first read, fun fact – it’s a place where bees are kept. Ya learn something new every day! But we digress. Along with gorgeous lavender, this place offers beautiful candles, essential oils, and artisanal gifts.

Find your zen at this next location when you attend their Yoga & Picnic event. Each month, they host a restful and refreshing yoga class right out in the lavender fields. Tickets to the class include a tour of the grounds (including other gorgeous fields like sunflowers and wildflowers), plus a delicious lunch complete with lavender-infused water.

This gorgeous Ontario destination is most famous for their lavender labyrinth. Wind through the Insta-worthy setup on your next visit to the nearby spot. The destination is only about 1.5 hours away from the city, so it makes for the perfect day trip. Just be sure to book your appointment in advance in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines!

The name of this next spot may not be anything fancy, but the location itself most certainly is. The Lavender Field is one of Ontario’s prime wedding destinations, but it also provides beautiful grounds for regular folks like us to roam around. You can’t go wrong with a trip here!

PURPLE HILL LAVENDER FARM

This family-fun lavender field in Creemore, Ontario is the hidden gem you do not want to miss. The beautiful little spot has been running for over 30 years, with fragrant lavender going strong the entire time. Roam the fields to take in the gorgeous sights, or stop by the shop to pick up some artisanal goods.

LOCHLAND BOTANICALS

This last place will even let you trim your own lavender to take home! The U-pick herb and flower garden boasts over 150 plant varieties throughout their 4 fields. You can mix and match your florals to go home with the perfect bouquet combination.
