Patio season is here and while waterfront patio dining is great, why not kick it up a notch? You’re in luck because The Seattle Great Wheel is now offering dinners aboard Seattle’s pier front Ferris wheel. That means you get to sit about 175 feet above ground overlooking Elliott Bay.
The meals come from a Seattle classic which happens to be next-door, the Fisherman’s Restaurant & Bar. They serve diners a set meal that includes a prawn cocktail, caesar salad, simply grilled salmon with a side of chef vegetables and rice pilaf and also chocolate pot de crème. Pretty tasty!

The Great Wheel cars can accommodate 4 diners and each meal comes to $152.50 per person. When you think about the cost of food and experience combined, it’s actually a pretty great deal. Plus who knows when and if you’ll get to experience anything like this again.
Keep in mind that spots for dining on The Seattle Great Wheel are by reservation only and happen on Fridays and Saturdays. If you’re keen to give it a try, we recommend planning ahead and making those resos ASAP. Enjoy Seattle!
