You can stay in mirrored cabins immersed in nature only 2 hours from Toronto

After all this time stuck inside, we’re ready to reconnect with nature. What if we told you there was a way to do just that a mere 2 hours away from Toronto? Arcana cabins bring wellbeing to the wild with science-backed experiences meant to rejuvenate your soul. Let’s be real. We could all use a little of that these days.

Editor’s Note: With current ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot recommend travel at this point in time. Be sure to keep an eye on changing guidelines in the province and only book your stay once it is safe to do so.

As we mentioned, the site of these cabins is only about 2 hours away from the city. For a fully immersive experience, they do not reveal the actual address of the site until you book. It’s a true off-the-grid experience.

Each cabin is nestled into it’s own private section of forestry, surrounded by trees and nature. They’re situated perfectly to catch a magical sunlit glow each day.

The actual structure of the cabin is made with mirrored steel, so it blends into the serene landscape. Each one is around 275 square feet and equipped with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, work table, and a private deck and fire pit. The warm wood interiors create the perfect relaxing ambience.

The mission of this spot is to create a soul-nourishing experience rooted in science. Which is why they offer proven feel-good activities like hiking & exploring, sound meditation, restorative sauna visits, and of course connection with nature. Time outside is proven to reduce the cortisol in your brain, so they might just be on to something!

We know we’ll be booking a weekend here the moment we can safely do so. For information on booking one of these yourself, just hit up the Arcana website here.
