But the dome itself? Impeccable. This one-of-a-kind gorgeous getaway is the ultimate glamping experience. First of all, the floating geodome is literally floating. Who doesn’t love a water stay? Plus, it provides tons of amazingly beautiful nature views. Just imagine dozing off staring out those stargazing windows!

Because it is so separate from the city, you will be living fairly unplugged. The spot is equipped with a kitchenette, mini-fridge, and wood-burning stove. Plus, an off-grid shower for keeping clean. It does have a power bar for charging electronics, but when you’re out in a place like this who needs the distraction of screens??

The actual site is surrounded by gorgeous vineyards and waterfront views. Situated on Fox Creek, this area is known for its wildlife. You shouldn’t be surprised if you spot animals like geese, ducks, bald eagles, fish, herons, and even turtles wandering about nearby.

The outdoor area of the stay comes equipped with a BBQ for cooking, a love seat with a centre ice cooler, a picnic table, a fire pit, and an outhouse. Safe to say you’ll be spending just as much time outside as you do inside while you’re here.

We’ve said it before, we’ll say it again. The real highlight of this place is that it’s literally floating. You can just step out your front door, take three steps, and hop in a canoe for a beautiful tour of the surrounding waters. We can’t imagine anything more serene.

So, escape the city this summer and book a stay at this beautiful floating geodesic dome. It’s sure to be a vacation you’ll remember! Take it all in here.
