You can now book your stay at two of Ontario’s coolest vintage getaways

Summertime is on the horizon! Two of Ontario’s most aesthetically pleasing summer destinations, The June Motel in Prince Edward County and the one in Sauble Beach, just made an exciting announcement. Motel season will be officially beginning tomorrow! This means you can start booking your stays at either location of this adorable spot.

*Editor’s Note: We aren’t recommending any non-essential travel to locations outside of your Ontario region. Please check ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and plan accordingly.

If you’re unfamiliar with The June Motel, let us give you the rundown. The spot was created by two best friends, April Brown and Sarah Sklash. Back in 2016, they quit their day jobs to pursue the field of hospitality full-time. They purchased a “dingy roadside motel” in Prince Edward County, completely transformed it, and the rest is history!

Boy, did they hit it out of the park with this transformation! The June Motel features 70s-inspired decor that is Pinterest perfect. From the vintage accents to the beachside aesthetic, this spot has got to be one of the prettiest around. Plus, they’re all about great wine (including a chilled glass served at check-in) so you know you’re in good hands.

Along with the official beginning to motel season, tomorrow also marks the first full season for the Sauble Beach location of the June Motel. This waterfront destination makes for an amazing weekend getaway full of fun in the sun.

If you haven’t booked your stay yet, what on earth are you waiting for?? Stays are selling out quickly so you’ll want to jump on this ASAP! The June Motel is accepting reservations through its official website here.
