It’s almost crazy to say this out loud, but there are only 4 months left until 2022! And while the sound of the upcoming colder months might not be that exciting, we still want you to make the most out of the season ahead!
From one-of-a-kind pieces to vintage threads and art, Calgary’s very own Little Modern Market is our favourite place for anything and everything local. And the best part? There’s a market a month (plus an extra one in December) until the end of the year.
If you’ve visited them in the past, you’re probably familiar with their setup, but this year they’ve switched things up for a more intimate ambiance, and we can’t be happier. Little Modern Market will be popping up at The Brownstone, a brand new event space located right in The Beltline. Brick walls, vintage accents, bright windows, and fairy lights?! Sign us up!
Once a month in September, October, and November, twice in December, over 45 vendors and creators will curate their best selection of local offerings. From clothing & accessories, home décor, to arts & jewelry, there is plenty to see and to experience.
They’ve also recently added a made by kids section, so make sure you bring your littles with you! And if you’re feeling peckish & thirsty, there’ll be quite a few food & drink booths, with coffee and other delectables for you to try. Charcuterie, anyone? Food trucks will also be joining the fun, so don’t worry, you’re covered!
And before you go, check out the vendors here. as they’ll rotate through the season. So don’t miss your favourite shop, ‘cause they won’t be there forever!
