You can get ‘mushroom coffee’ from this local pop-up this weekend in Seattle

Seattle and coffee, they’re truly the dynamic duo, aren’t they? Well, a new Seattle coffee company is shaking things up a bit with their coffee. Want to know why? It’s because their coffee blends are full of adaptogenic mushrooms chosen specifically to help you be your best. Let’s check out Wunderground.

Wunderground is all about creativity, from the coffee itself to the packaging, it’s all about authentically expressing who you are. If you wondering how coffee could help you do that, it’s the caffeine and adaptogenic properties from the mushrooms that help you actually chill out. So you’ll still get your creative buzz but also the health benefits that each mushroom has to offer.

Clearly, the company is super cool. And if that’s not enough for you, the company is woman and LGBTQ+ owned not to mention 75% of the premium price goes back to the smallholder coffee farmers that work with Wunderground. Sounds like you’re going to need a bag or two, huh?

Now you might want to try a taste before you buy which we totally get. You happen to be in luck because Wunderground is actually having a pop-up this week at Chophouse Row on Capitol Hill. You can see which mushroom you like most as you pick between blends featuring Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga, and Cordyceps. And you can even choose whether you want to opt for instant coffee or bags of ground coffee. Pretty nifty if you ask us.

So get ready to get caffeinated and find your new favorite coffee brand this week. If you end up totally falling in love and want to share the beans with friends you can also order them online. But why not try in person if you have the opportunity? Don’t miss this one, folks, because it’s sure to be a hit.
