As Edmonton continues to move into summer, it’s nice to know that we’ve got more and more stuff to explore. And, one thing you might want to put on your list is ‘Eat & Seek’, a massive new art installation and outdoor dining experience at Kingsway Mall.
The stunning outdoor patio and art installation features art by Edmonton creative Chris Provins and Calgary artist Nicole Wolf. There’s a supersized word search, hopscotch blocks, and equidistant tables. So, shoppers can stop into the food court, grab something to go, and enjoy a bite in the sunshine!

A new outdoor concert series is coming to Edmonton this summer
According to a press release, visitors at Eat & Seek will “inspire visitors to hunt for hidden messages and symbols in a larger-than-life word search, attempt an unconventional hopscotch, and more”. We’re guessing the ‘more’ part is just lounging around in a nice space, and we’re totally fine with it.
To say that this colourful masterpiece is just ‘pretty cool’ is a total understatement. Make sure to check it out on your new shopping trip!
