Sweat & Tonic

Ready to sweat it all out? Sweat & Tonic just opened its second Toronto location so you’re in for a real treat. They’re known for their yoga, HIIT, ride classes, so you’ll be sure to reach your goals in no time. Once you’re done, cool down with a tonic of your choice at the bar, or in one of the lounge spaces. They also boast about their massage services, sauna sessions, and meditations in their Somadome pod.

Rumble Boxing Studio

Rumble Boxing Studio offers a one-of-a-kind fitness experience, with a “fight club meets nightclub vibe.”

STRONG Pilates Canada

This Australian-born fitness studio is coming to Toronto and opening its first Canadian location this January. Though it has yet to open, we’re sure it’s going to be a hit. The first-of-its-kind fitness hub, STRONG Pilates has combined pilates and cardio into a 45-minute class that’ll surely kick your butt. It opens on January 6th, 2024!
