Vancouver’s free art walk will feature the work of over 70 artists this month

Listen up, art enthusiasts! Over the last weekend in May, Vancouver’s longest-running art studio tour returns, highlighting the work of over 70 emerging and internationally-recognized artists. Presented by Artists In Our Midst, the West of Main Art Walk is a great way to engage with local artists and learn the fascinating stories behind their art!

Much like the Eastside Culture Crawl, guests can visit artists in their studios and at satellite locations across the city’s west side, from Point Grey to Main, and Granville Island to West 41st. So if you’re looking for a way to enjoy some art without shelling out those museum admission fees, look no further!

Guests can expect to see visual art across many mediums, from paintings and charcoal drawings to jewelry, sculptures, and mixed media. At the Lord Byng Mini School for the Arts, guests can discover young emerging artists, according to organizers.

Below is the interactive online map available for this year’s art walk:

The art walk will take place on Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th from 11 to 5 pm.

So mark your calendars, art lovers, and get ready for the ultimate art hop experience!
