Heritage Park in Calgary to open brand new exhibit this month

January is synonymous with meaningful holidays and of course, new beginnings. From goals to friends, this month we’re celebrating fresh experiences and even a few major openings including one at the Gasoline Alley Museum in Heritage Park, Calgary.

Featuring art, photos and fiction, Gasoline Alley is gearing up to debut its newest exhibit – We Were Here: Stories from Early Chinatown.

Meant to “tell the diverse stories of the Chinese community in early Western Canadian history,” this important display will open to the public on January 14th in conjunction with their Lunar New Year’s celebration
