If you’ve been wanting to take a little getaway but aren’t sure where to start, how about with discounted travel? Via Rail is holding its Discount Tuesday sale, with one-way tickets from Toronto to Montreal at a reduced cost! Here’s how to get the deal.

On Tuesdays, Via Rail holds a sale on select one-way tickets, including ones to Montreal under Via’s “Escape” Fare leaving from Toronto.
All you have to do is select Toronto as your origin and Montreal as your destination. From there, use the discount code “TUESDAY” when you select your booking dates and your new sale price of $54 will appear on select trips to Montreal.
You can select a discounted trip as soon as February 27th on the 5:02 PM train, with select one-way trips available to book at $54 all the way until December!
Looking to travel somewhere other than Montreal?
The $54 Tuesday discount is also offered for select trips from Toronto to Ottawa and from Toronto to Windsor.
If you have never taken the train now is the perfect time! Plus, who wants to worry about traffic and parking anyway?
