Welcome to BC: Everything you need to know about these new fashion boutiques coming to Vancouver

If your wardrobe needs a spring refresh, then you’re in luck, because two new boutiques are making their North American debut at CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver, and they’re giving two lucky winners the ultimate shopping spree.

But first, here’s everything there is to know about these European contemporary-luxe stores, Max&Co. and Marella.

Where edginess and timelessness meet

Vestis Fashion Group – Max & Co

The first of the stores, Max&Co., was founded in 1986 in Italy before growing to over 400 stores worldwide today. As part of the Max Mara Fashion Group, Max&Co. is committed to superior Italian craftsmanship, best of the best quality, and European luxury. The brand is more than just clothes — it’s a lifestyle for women who embrace their individuality.

Max&Co. is best known for its edgy designs and cutting-edge approach to colour. Basically, it’s fashion for the modern cool girl who’s tired of the classic Vancouver athleisure look and wants to kick things up a notch. So rock that red blazer, and have fun with embellishments — function and flair balance to create outfits that make you feel good on the inside and outside!

Classic feminine glamour

Vestis Fashion Group – Marella

Marella, another boutique coming to Vancouver for the first time, launched as a collection in 1976 before becoming an independent entity in 1988. Like Max&Co., Marella is a proud member of the Max Mara Fashion Group, but the brand takes a slightly different approach to fashion.

At Marella, sophisticated tailoring and contemporary design are the forces behind a clothing line that exudes effortless glamour and sensuality. We’re talking lightweight knitwear with luxe rosettes, sleek barrel denim, Italian-style coats, and more. It’s fashion for the woman who seems to have it all together, — AKA, That Girl.

Behind the brand retailer

Vestis Fashion Group – Max&Co

Both Max & Co and Marella will be proudly operated by Vestis Fashion Group, a Vancouver-based luxury brand retail company that was established in 1985. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because the group currently operates Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara boutiques across CF Pacific Centre, South Granville, and Metropolis at Metrotown!

The Vestis team is always trying to learn the unique preferences and lifestyle of British Columbians — because how else would they understand the fashion that suits the West Coast best!? Unparalleled service and setting the standard for luxury are pivotal to Vestis Fashion Group’s approach to business, so it’s only natural that this group be the one to operate these new stores.

The grand opening contest!

Vestis Fashion Group – Marella

Both boutiques are bringing their European sophistication to CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver this March when they open their doors on the second level across from Max Mara and Aritzia.

To celebrate, Vestis Fashion Group is giving away a shopping spree worth $1,500 to both Max&Co. and Marella! Two lucky winners will get to make their dream wardrobe a reality.

Enter to win, and be sure to visit Max&.Co and Marella upon opening in March.
