UNIQLO is launching a new Toronto location this Friday & here’s what to know

From exclusive access to new collections to the chance to win big prizes, UNIQLO’s new Toronto location is set to make some waves with their opening-day celebrations.

Yup, you heard us right, UNIQLO is opening their eighth storefront this Friday at the CF Fairview Mall in Toronto.

Doors open on Friday, March 1st at 10:00am but the celebrations will begin an hour earlier at 9:00am, with a Taiko drum performance and complimentary refreshments. Shoppers can sip and snack on free coffee and cookies from Pilot Coffee Roasters while browsing through UNIQLO’s collection of quality basics.

The new location will also be sporting UNIQLO: C — the brand’s new spring and summer collection, designed in collaboration with Claire Waight Keller. The collection will feature whimsical colours and designs to get you excited for the warmer months ahead, including a light and airy linen collection and best-selling bra tops with built-in support.

And that’s not all! If you’re a fan of Fujiko, you’ll want to be the first in line on launch day. UNIQLO’s CF Fairview location will be the first store in the world to stock the 90th Anniversary Fujiko・F・Fujio Collection — curated by one of Japan’s most popular manga artists, Hiroshi Fujimoto. This sought-after collection will showcase a variety of UT graphic t-shirts featuring iconic characters and scenes from his past works.

Plus, UNIQLO will be giving everyone who visits the storefront on opening weekend a chance to walk away with a prize. So don’t forget to give the Garapon wheel a spin on your way in.
