Travis Kelce is now part-owner of Ontario-based horse named ‘Swift Delivery’

What better way to show your girlfriend how much you love her than becoming part owner of a racehorse with a similar name? NFL Super Bowl champ Travis Kelce has purchased a share of a Toronto-based racehorse that happens to be named Swift Delivery.

Looks like someone is trying to impress his girl.

According to Team Valor, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and CEO Bruce Zoldan Family of Phantom Fireworks, “recently acquired a significant share” of the three-year-old horse.

Though we can’t say for certain that Taylor Swift or the similarity to her name is the reason why he purchased this horse, we do know he’s a winner.

According to Woodbine Racetrack, Swift Delivery broke his maiden courtesy of a 16 ½-length runway back in June during a maiden race.

But besides his wins, Kelce also happens to be a fan of horse racing. He attended the Kentucky Derby alongside the Zoldans earlier this year and is friends with Bruce Zoldan’s son, Alex.

It’s all making sense!

Now, Kelce’s new horse, Swift Delivery will make his stakes debut on August 31st in the Toronto Cup at Woodbine Racetrack.

We wonder what Taylor thinks of this.
