Toronto’s top employers were just revealed for 2026

In a job market that’s pretty all over the place, it’s good to know where the top places to work are. Each year, Canada’s Top 100 Employers reveals the country’s best places to work, and each year, we let you know the employers that make the cut in your city. In Toronto, 15 spots made the list.

“Any employer, private or public sector, with its head office or principal place of business in Canada, may apply to the competition,” shares the publication.

Alright – here are the employers that made the cut in Toronto (in alphabetical order):

  • BDO Canada LLP
  • Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP
  • Boston Consulting Group Canada ULC
  • CIBC
  • College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Diamond Schmitt Architects Inc.
  • Equinix, Inc.
  • EY
  • Fedelity Canada
  • Hospital for Sick Children
  • Labatt Breweries of Canada
  • Manulife Financial Corporation
  • Royal Bank of Canada
  • Scotiabank
  • TMX Group Limited

On the list, each company is detailed with information on where the head office is, the work sector it is in, and what makes it a top employer. For example, BDO Canada has a “Do What You Love program,” where employees receive “generous reimbursements in support of their particular interests, from home fitness equipment to cooking classes.” Sweet.

The list also includes how many full-time employees work at each company.

It’s a pretty interesting list, and definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re in the market for a new job. You can see all 100 employers on its website.
