Here are some of the cheapest condos for sale in Toronto right now

It’s no secret by now that the housing market has cooled off big time in recent months, and the same is true for Toronto condos.

According to data shared with Curiocity by Strata.ca, condo sales in the GTA were down 52% in December compared to one year ago.

Right now, buyers are paying an average of 3% under the asking price for a condo.

By comparison, buyers were paying nearly 15% above asking back in February 2022. The number of terminated listings has nearly doubled since last year.

All of this means that there are condos on the market right now for prices we may not have seen this time last year.

Here are five of the cheapest Toronto condos on the market today, according to Strata.
