Although it’s only 325 square feet, the home has much more than you think. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area, a full bathroom, and even a small nook for an office space.

The home is equipped with a propane stove, oven, full-sized fridge and pantry, water filtration system, a propane tankless water heater, and two septic and water hookups.

The bathroom has tiled floors, a flushable toilet, shower, and soaker tub, as well as a wall fan to pull out moisture from the room and improve the flow of fresh air.

The seller specifies that although the tiny home is on wheels, taking it on the road frequently is not recommended and it’s best to keep it in one place for a while.

The home is currently located in Caledon and has been listed for $80,000, which is a total steal compared to any home or condo in the GTA.
