This suburban dream home in BC comes with its own award-winning Japanese Garden

Well folks we’re back with our Home of the Week and this week things are sure getting unique. Because this Langley home just so happens to have an award-winning Japanese Garden. Yes, this little country home is packing some serious surprises.

Home of the Week: 21004 43rd Ave Langley

To start we’ll talk about the house. It’s a quaint little 1980’s country home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. And at just over 3,100 square feet it’s pretty decently sized. But we guarantee you’ll want to spend more time outdoors due to this property’s secret.

And that secret is the ‘Thyme on 43rd’ Japanese gardens, designed and built by Hayato Ogawa of Ogawa Landscape Design. So you can expect nothing short of perfection. Because Ogawa brought all his family’s knowledge dating back to the 1600s and incorporated it into creating this garden.

And if that isn’t spectacular, we don’t know what is. After all, this is pretty much a once in a lifetime opportunity to own someone’s life work and continue to help it grow and flourish. So if that sounds like something you’re into, you’ll have to pony up $3.7 million.

If you’d like to see more of this Langley home you can click here. And even if you’re not in the market for a new home, we think you’ll appreciate taking a look at this beautiful Japanese garden. Not to mention, we’d love a tour if you end up buying it.
