This mountainside Leavenworth Airbnb comes with a barrel sauna and expansive views

If you’ve ever wanted to enjoy classic PNW mountainside paradise, we have the Airbnb for you. This Airbnb named ‘Camp Howard’ is tucked into the foothills of Cashmere Mountain and features a modern design that makes it totally unlike your regular old cabin. It might just be the experience that convinces you to leave the city once and for all.

Camp Howard was built in 2018 and is truly one of those homes that bring the outdoors in. It was designed to blend modern architecture with the natural beauty of surrounding Nason Ridge. The resulting combo is a 1600 sqft home perched 2000 feet above sea level that’s full of natural light and surrounded by 5 acres of ponderosa forest. Talk about dreamy.

When it comes to staying at this beauty of a home, you have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private TV lounge, a large deck, a barrel sauna, and a fire pit. It can fit 4-6 guests and is really the ultimate place to get away with family or friends. To make things even better this spot does have wifi unlike some other homes in the area so you could always make it your WFH digs for a bit.

Of course, the home is also just a short drive from some of the PNW’s best outdoor spaces. You can enjoy alpine skiing at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee. That also makes Camp Howard a great spot to enjoy year-round. Ready to book yet?

If you are, the spot is unfortunately booked up until January. But that’s kind of to be expected with a place as spectacular as this one. Keep in mind though, 2022 is only 4 months away so it won’t be long before you can enjoy the foothills. If you decide you want to book this home, it’ll cost you $481 a night and you can learn more by clicking here.
