We’re back at our favourite hobby again: perusing through Toronto real estate to find the hottest properties on the market. This week, we’ll be talking about a gorgeous unit in the Candy Factory Lofts. The apartment is bright, vibrant, and brimming with character. So as we mentioned, the unit is in the coveted Candy Factory Lofts. This loft building is located on Queen West right in the middle of the Trinity Bellwoods area. There are loads of adorable restaurants, shops, and, of course, the park just steps away. Plus, it’s got easy access to the TTC to get you anywhere you need to be within the city.
The vibe inside the apartment is pretty incredible. In true loft style, it’s got crazy high ceilings and loads of little details that add to its rustic-chic feel. We’re talking exposed wooden beams, ducts, and pipes, plus exposed brick walls. If you’re a fan of the apartments featured in New Girl, you’ll love the Candy Factory Lofts.
So this specific unit is an open-concept 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. At approximately 982 square feet, it’s got plenty of room for spreading out and getting comfy. The living area has loads of potential, with a gorgeous corner den that could easily be converted into a home office. We sure wouldn’t mind working from home here!
Okay, we’ve got to discuss this incredible kitchen. The space comes with an eat-in peninsula, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, and loads of stainless steel appliances. Plus, we’re obsessed with the shade of blue the place is sporting. It really brings everything together.
Of course, the amenities at The Candy Factory Lofts are pretty dang impressive. The building itself has a doorman, exercise room, theatre, and rooftop patio. Plus, this unit even comes with its very own parking space.
The unit’s upstairs bedroom is perfectly nestled into the apartment. It’s just separated enough to provide a little privacy from the rest of the unit. But also open and overlooking the apartment to keep things light and breezy.
