This handy website is like RateMyProf but for Canadian apartments

Are you on the market for a new apartment? This handy tool will help you pick out the best one. Good Neighbour is a website designed for former tenants and prospective ones to share their experiences. You know the site RateMyProfessors? It’s basically that but for apartments.

So here’s how it works. All you’ve gotta do is head on over to the official Good Neighbour website. From there, you’ll be able to search through their database of addresses to check out previous reviews. They’ve got a ton of Toronto listings already posted, with the reviews coming in daily.

Or if you’re a previous renter with something to say, Good Neighbour is the spot to sound off. You can create an account and share your experiences, good or bad, for all future tenants to see. The platform is perfect for warning folks of difficult landlords, noisier-than-advertised spots, or any other apartment issues. It’s also great if you had the best experience ever and want to show some love.

As of right now, most of the listings are in Toronto. But the site is working on expanding Canada-wide.

So whether you’re looking to share or looking to learn, hit up this incredible website today. We know we’ll be doing some perusing before signing our next lease.

You can check it out for yourself right here.
