This crazy West Van home for sale was just completed this year & is as luxurious as can be

Got a little money burning a hole in your wallet? Well, we’ve found a pretty stunning West Vancouver home for sale that was only finished this year! After all, there’s something about that ‘new home smell’ that just can’t be beat, are we right? Or is that only for cars? Anyway, let’s check it out.

Located at 4129 Burkehill Road in the Sandy Cove neighbourhood of West Van, the home comes with expansive views of the Burrard Inlet and Vancouver itself. So naturally, you can take it all in from both inside and outside the home. So, park your car on the turntable, and let’s dive in.

We’ll start with the outside. Using a relatively unique setup, the home features a sloped driveway that hides its true features from the road, with a little help from the landscaping. Meanwhile, all of the fun stuff like the infinity pool, the glass bottom walkway, and the lounging areas sit above the main entrance. That way, you can prance around with an open robe on a Sunday morning and only have to worry a little bit about the cyclists seeing you.

Alright, on to the interior. Split between three levels, the unique floorplan is most decidedly a contemporary one. The main floor is pretty much reserved for entertaining and features a gourmet kitchen, sitting areas, and a central fireplace for those chillier nights.

Take the floating staircase (or the elevator) upstairs and you’ll find the bedrooms, most of which have their own ensuite bathroom. And of course, the main bedroom is the showstopper, with a stunning walk-in closet and its own patio to relax on. But, with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, we’d be sleeping on a rotation, just for fun.

Downstairs is a touch more utilitarian. Down there, you’ll find another bar for entertaining (of course), as well as an indoor theatre that will have you hesitating to walk back into your local Cineplex. And, if you actually need to get some work done, there is a home office. You know, just in case.

But, we have a feeling that whoever buys this $9.98M home won’t have to worry too much about that. To check out the listing in full, just click here!
