First up, the vineyards. The current company hasn’t shied away from variety, growing a bunch of different grapes, ranging from Pinot Noir to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and even a little bit of Petit Verdot. Basically, if you like red wine, then chances are high that something you like is being grown here.

Of course, you still have to turn those grapes into wine. Well, not only does this property come with all the basics to make it, but there are also a couple of special touches. Take your guests down to actual wine caves to try out some vintage options, or have them kick the whole process off at the crush pad. Once that tour’s over, kick back in the tasting room or on the patio to take in the views.

Once your wine-filled day is done, you can retreat to the home located on the property. While it’s no Spanish villa, the 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home provides more than enough space to kick back and relax after a long day of winemaking. Heck invite a couple of pals over one weekend and let them stay in the guest rooms!

Oh, and about those extra special touches. Well, as it turns out, Seven Stones is no stranger to catering to some high rollers. Not only is there a Tesla charging station on the property, but there’s also a helipad. You know, just in case your pals have one kicking around to fly in on.

Actually, maybe just check if those friends want to go in on it with you. Because at $8,700,000, this BC winery for sale is no casual purchase. Would be a pretty sweet life though, we think. And not just because of the wine.
