Located an hour and a half from Calgary’s downtown, this modern country palace boasts over 9,000 square feet of space and has every amenity that you can possibly imagine.

With 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this incredible house is the ultimate home away from home, giving everyone space to relax, play and explore – though, because there are over 5 acres to roam, that may take a while.

For those looking to wind down with a good book and a glass of wine, there are two large balconies with sweeping views overlooking the valley, deep soaker tubs, a sunroom and an entire spa complete with an infrared sauna, dry hydro massage bed, and deluxe massage chairs, but that’s not all. Oh no…

For the active, “do the absolute most” types and their kids, there’s also an indoor basketball court, a theatre with a projector, board games, a pool table and a freaking dance floor with strobe lights as well as a 2-floor, indoor wooden playhouse that could rival even the best 90s play place.
