Broadway Across Canada has a new touring production centred around one of the greatest entertainers of all time: Michael Jackson. Created by Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Christopher Wheldon and Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, the breathtaking show arrives in Vancouver this week.

Maybe you’re looking for something the whole family can enjoy this week. In that case, consider heading to Disney on Ice’s newest production, Let’s Dance! The Potters Guild of BC is celebrating its 70th year with an exhibition consisting of the work of 58 local artists that’s taking place at the Italian Cultural Centre, and you won’t want to miss it.

Capilano Suspension Bridge has officially transformed for its festive Canyon Lights attraction, which is a quintessential holiday experience in Vancouver for a reason. Millions of glowing holiday lights illuminate your way as you explore the iconic suspension bridge and suspended paths.
When: Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, to Jan. 18, 2026

Burnaby Heritage Museum has opened its annual Festive Village, which is completely free to enjoy. Visitors can expect roving seasonal entertainment, festive bites, warm lights and light installations throughout the open-air museum, exhibits centred around the theme of sports and games for the whole family to enjoy.

The sixth annual IndieFest by re:Naissance is in full swing, but there’s still plenty of time to check out this year’s events and shows. The festival is all about revisiting and challenging traditional forms of storytelling with emerging technologies and creative practices, resulting in a delightful mix of both.

The Polygon’s beloved annual Holiday Shop is officially back until Jan. 4, 2026, and it’s one of the best places to find one-of-a-kind gifts every holiday season. The gallery’s main floor will be adorned in festive decor with curated, unique gifts on display by independent makers and artists. The gallery is open seven days a week, and every purchase at its holiday pop-up goes towards the Polygon’s year-round programming.

It’s officially time to get in the holiday spirit, because the Vancouver Christmas Market is back starting this week. This year, the festivities kick off with a first-ever Christmas tree lighting ceremony, with plenty of new holiday bites, sips, and attractions to check out.

The Vancouver Aquarium is the largest in Canada, and as such, its holiday transformation is something to look forward to every year. Starting this week, its Holiday Splash festivities will be back in full swing, with the return of Scuba Claus and a picture-perfect holiday backdrop, the Jelly Snow Globe.
