Another month has come and gone, but sunny season fun has just begun! From cultural and street festivals to pancake breakfasts and Father’s Day fun, the city is about to come to life. Not sure what to do this time around? Here are 11 things to do this June in Calgary!

Calgary Lilac Festival

It’s back, Calgary! Celebrating local businesses, live music, and food trucks, the 2025 Lilac Festival has returned and will be bigger and better than ever.

Where: 4th Street SW from 12th Avenue to Elbow Drive and 17th Avenue SW from 2nd Street to 5th Street

Calgary Stampede Community Roundup Pancake Breakfast 

We can’t wait for the 2025 Stampede; luckily, it won’t be long until we can hit the midway. Until then, celebrate the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth with pancakes, fun, sun, and the Calgary Stampede Community Roundup, a free pancake breakfast held at the 7 Chiefs Sportsplex and Chief Jim Starlight Centre.

Inglewood Night Market 

This month, vendors from all over the city will hit the streets of Inglewood for their big night market. With a beer garden, food trucks, live music, and so much more, you will not want to miss it.

Spark After Dark

This month, go beyond the rainbow for an adults-only pride event. Spark After Dark returns and will feature drag performances, a market, specialty cocktails, dancing, and experiments.

Horror Con

Don’t wait until October to enjoy a night of spooks, frights, and fun! This June, scary movie lovers will be encouraged to check out Horror Con – the largest gathering of Horror Fans in Canada. Tickets are on sale now.

Father’s Day Brunch at the Calgary Zoo
