It’s that time again! The weekend is approaching and the taste of freedom sure is sweet. Get a jumpstart on your Valentine’s (or anti-Valentine’s) celebrations, attend festivals and of course, hit up your nearest viewing party on Super Bowl Sunday! There are so many things to do in Toronto this weekend, so let’s get into it.

This one’s for all the lovers out there! This February’s ROM After Dark event is called Love Struck, and as you may have guessed, it’s Valentine’s Day themed.
Every month, the Royal Ontario Museum hosts a 19+ soirée featuring curated music, visual arts, performances, food, drinks, and after-dark access to all of its exhibits.
This Friday, the city is invited to a Valentine’s Day-inspired night at the museum “where you can listen to live jazz, dance to floor-shaking DJ sets, lose yourself in extraordinary exhibitions, eat tasty treats, and so much more.”

Gladstone House is hosting a sip-and-shop vendor market this weekend.
Enjoy a coffee or cocktail while you browse and shop among 30 local vendors, craftsmen, and artists selling their goods.
Taking place just a few days before Valentine’s Day, this is the ideal spot to search for a last-minute gift.
When: February 11th, 2023, 12 PM to 9 PM
Where: Gladstone House Ballroom and Bistro
Canadian Blood Services is hosting a three-day pop-up barber shop event to raise awareness about the need for stem cell donors, specifically young males between the ages of 17-35.
The pop-up barber shop will take place at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. Right now, nearly 1,000 patients in Canada are waiting for their stem cell transplants and they need your help!

The Rihanna concert… sorry, we mean, the Super Bowl LVII takes place this Sunday and there are a number of Toronto restaurants and bars hosting viewing parties for the event.
Mark your calendars because on Sunday, February 12th the only place you’ll want to watch the Super Bowl is at one of these food hubs. Games, prizes, Super Bowl special menus, and more.

Just in time for the season of candy hearts and chocolate boxes, Toronto month-long festival dedicated to all things sweet has begun.
Enjoy special events and activities all month long, including workshops, bake sales, socials, Valentine’s specials, live music, and much more.

Where: Stackt Market, 28 Bathurst Street
Ditch the skis and join Toronto’s Distillery District for some fun Après Ski activities.
Warm up by the fire pits, sip on some hot chocolate (or alcoholic beverages), and munch on delicious treats.
These fun-filled festivities run every weekend until March 21st. Space is a little limited so just know that it is first come, first served and weather permitting.
When: Saturdays and Sundays until March 19th, 12 PM to 6 PM

We may not be in the most romantic city in the world this Valentine’s Day, but a romantic brunch at Ladurée might be the next best thing.
The world-renowned French luxury patisserie has announced its Valentine’s Day offerings at its Toronto boutique.
Ladurée will offer a romantic experience of an afternoon tea service for two and set brunch and lunch menus, with an exclusive Valentine’s Day version of its French toast.
When: February 10th to 14th, 2023, 10 AM to 4 PM

Toronto’s Barbara Ann Scott Ice Trail at College Park will host a free skate party this Friday with incredible DJs, fire pits, and fun entertainment.
Grab a pair of free on-site skate rentals and listen to the sounds of upbeat live music while you glide the evening away on Toronto’s downtown ice trail.
When: February 10th, 2023, 5 PM to 8 PM
