Welcome to Pride Weekend, Seattle! This month has already been jam-packed and full of fun. If you’re ready to explore a little more, you can celebrate Pride, see shows, concerts, and more. Here are the best things to do in Seattle this weekend.
There’s a lot that goes on behind museum doors and many pieces that you might not normally get to see. The Henry is allowing the public to view permanent collection works that would normally be cared for behind closed doors. It’s one of the “ largest group of collection works on display in the Henry’s history.”

The Seattle Chamber Music Society concert truck is back with “18 performances, 18 locations, 10 days, 8 musicians, 1000’s of music lovers.” It’s a unique opportunity to listen to music that you might otherwise not hear and it’s free!

The festival promises more than 200 vendors this year as well as more than 50 musical guests including headliner Sir-Mix-A-Lot. Some of the featured vendors include Chang Thai, Big Island Poke, Sugar + Spoon and more to be announced.

Capitol Hill Queer/Pride Festival is the largest 21+ music and arts Pride festival in the Pacific Northwest that features both national and hyper-local artists. That includes musicians, drag queens, burlesque dancers, and more. This year’s festival will take place on June 23rd-25th in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Sure One Direction is split up but if you’re still a fan girl at heart you can go see Louis Tomlinson right here in Seattle this weekend. The British pop musician is touring in support of his newish album Faith in the Future.

The Parade route will again run downtown Seattle along 4th Ave, between Pike St and Denny Way. This LGBTQIA+ reunion is a free, fun, community-wide celebration advancing awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues and promoting mutual respect and equal human rights for all.

Want to learn or see something new? Seattle has several museums that are always free for you to visit ranging from art to local history. You can also check out free museum passes from the Seattle Public Library if you plan ahead.
The Seattle Dyke March and Rally is celebrating its 29th year! It’s “a celebration of dyke-identity from across the gender spectrum.” This year it will take place in Volunteer Park.
When: Saturday, June 24th

Immediately following the downtown Pride Parade attendees can head to Seattle Center from noon to 8 PM for PrideFest. There will be three stages, three beverage gardens, over one hundred artists, and over a hundred exhibitors including festival food vendors.

Late last year we dropped the news that Blink 182 was coming to Seattle as part of their worldwide tour. Well, the time is here! One of the world’s favorite pop-punk bands will be coming to play their infectious tunes on stage. See members Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and even Tom DeLonge in person.
